The safety of our team members and customers is our top priority and we're doing all we can to prevent the spread of COVID-19. We require masks to be worn by all team members and customers who enter our stores — guidelines recommended by the CDC.

- 1. We ask you to avoid entering the store if you have symptoms of COVID-19, namely fever or cough.
- 2. We screen all employees' health daily.
- 3. We clean jewelry before and after handling by each customer, and disinfect case surfaces frequently.
- 4. Employees must wash their hands often. Hand sanitizer is available for customers throughout the store.
- 5. Everyone must maintain a 6-foot distance from others and avoid unnecessary physical contact.
SHIPPING
A:
US ORDERS
Once an order is finished processing we will ship your item/items. All of our US shipping is handled by FedEx to ensure a quick and secure delivery. We ship every monday at 5pm. Our flat-rate shipping method depending on where you are will take normally from 1-3 days and on rare occurences 3-6 days.
ORDERS OUTSIDE OF THE US
Once an order is finished processing we will ship your item/items. Our outside of the US shipping is handled by either USPS or DHL depending on multiple factors. We ship every monday at 5pm. Our flat-rate shipping method depending on where you are will take anywhere from 3-6 to 6-22 days depending on what shipping rate was chosen

We repair both De La Cruz Jewelry and other brands. Here is how the process works.

- 3. We will repair your jewelry
- 4. Once repair is finished we will use your prefered shipping method to give you your jewelry.
